Can you put all C ranks together so it's neater? Also, on all spells that you gain from the frost queen, state that the spell may only be used if you have a limb taken over.

Everything looks good besides the dagger. This is take over, you can't make weapons. The only way this could work is if it was attached, like a part of the arm.

Approved. Keep in mind your Spell Name: Satan Soul: Frost Queen's ice shoot, is C divided by either 20 or 30. Which ever you pick.
